Both Organic Wholegrain Spelt Flour and Organic Light Spelt Flour are a 100% organic products, with exceptional benefits for the human body due to the nutritional substances, it contains: manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, calcium, selenium, fiber, proteins, vitamins A, E, B- complex and niacin (Vitamin PP).
